I provide individual, couples, and family therapy in Nashville and online in eligible states through PSYPACT.

Fees and insurance

Individual therapy: $300 per appointment

Couples and family therapy: $350 per appointment

My practice is private pay and I do not participate directly with insurance plans.

Private-pay therapy allows the work to remain focused on your goals and clinical needs rather than insurance requirements. It can also provide greater privacy and flexibility around diagnosis, treatment planning, and the length or frequency of therapy.

Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I can provide the documentation needed to submit a claim, but reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed.
